Data Deletion

Curator | Commerce Intelligence Inc.

1. Your Right to Deletion

Curator, operated by Commerce Intelligence Inc. (“Curator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), gives you the right to request that the personal information and account data we hold about you be deleted. This page explains what data you can have deleted and how to submit a request.

This process covers data associated with your Curator account, including any data we accessed on your behalf from connected third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, and other integrations you authorized).

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:

Option A — Email us. Send a message to team@curator.to from the email address associated with your Curator account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the name of your workspace or company so we can locate your account. This is the fastest way to reach us and requires no account access.

Option B — From within the app. If you have an active Curator account, go to Settings → Account and select Delete account and data, or contact your workspace administrator to have your data removed. If you cannot access the app, use Option A instead.

You do not need an active or paid account to request deletion. We honor deletion requests regardless of account status.

3. What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request, we remove:

Account information — your name, email address, company name, job title, and other profile and onboarding details.

Integration credentials — the OAuth tokens and API keys used to connect your third-party commerce platforms, along with the connections themselves.

Platform data — the order, customer, inventory, financial, advertising, and marketing data we ingested from your connected platforms on your behalf.

Usage and activity data — records of how you interacted with the Services, subject to the retention exceptions described below.

4. Disconnecting a Third-Party Platform

If you only want to stop Curator from accessing a specific connected service (for example, revoking Meta or Google access), you can do so at any time without deleting your entire account. Disconnect the integration from Settings → Integrations in the app, or revoke Curator’s access directly from that platform’s app or connected-apps settings.

When an integration is disconnected, we delete the stored credentials and stop ingesting new data from that platform. Data already ingested is deleted after a short wind-down period, or immediately upon your request.

5. Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law. If your request will take longer for technical reasons, we will tell you why and give you an expected completion date. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

6. Exceptions

We may retain a limited amount of information after a deletion request where we are legally required or permitted to do so — for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud and abuse, or to enforce our agreements. Any retained information is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and is then deleted or anonymized.

7. Contact Us
